Cisco Systems is seeking a Customer Success Architect to enable value realization for Cisco Isovalent’s customers using Cilium Enterprise. You will design and guide production rollouts, build deep technical relationships with stakeholders, and run workshops to demonstrate capabilities.

You will collaborate with engineering, support, and partners to unblock issues, create training materials, reference architectures, and documentation to drive enterprise-grade networking and observability

Formación

• 4+ years in advanced Kubernetes architectural components and interrelations.
• 3+ years leading or enabling customers to adopt Kubernetes at scale in production.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong networking knowledge within Kubernetes networking.
• Able to distill complex concepts for customers in clear terms.
• Open Source Software (OSS) experience.
• Collaborative and cross-functional teamwork mindset.

You stay passionate about OSS, Kubernetes, and cloud providers to deliver enterprise-grade, scalable networking and observability solutions.

• 3+ years leading or playing a critical role in helping customers adopt Kubernetes and cloud-native tech at scale in production
• Proven experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Demonstrated networking knowledge with in-depth Kubernetes networking understanding
• Collaborative and cross-functional teamwork
• Problem solving and coaching mindset
• Clear technical communication and ability to distill concepts for customers
• Open Source Software (OSS) experience
• Cloud provider experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
