Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a Customer Success Architect to join the Cisco Isovalent Enterprise Platform team. This remote role serves customers across the EMEA region, focusing on Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and networking to ensure production workloads run reliably.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in advanced Kubernetes architecture and related components.
• 3+ years leading or guiding customers in adopting Kubernetes and cloud-native tech at scale.
• Proven experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Demonstrated knowledge of Kubernetes networking and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud-native security guidelines and observability pillars.
• Experience with enterprise-grade Kubernetes systems and Cisco ACI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help our customers be successful with Cilium Enterprise.
• Engage with assigned accounts to design and guide production rollouts.
• Build deep technical relationships and be a trusted advisor.
• Conduct workshops on product capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and support to unblock customer issues.
• Create workshops, training materials, reference architectures, and product documentation.
• Provide informed recommendations for cloud-native solutions based on tech and business needs.
• Stay passionate about technology and open source within CNCF landscape.
