Celebrity Cruises seeks a Restaurant Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager with a strong F&B background and 5–8 years in hospitality, preferably shipboard. You will supervise restaurant staff and ensure guest satisfaction with food quality and service in line with company policies.

You will lead training, scheduling and KPI-driven sales strategies while coordinating with international staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences aboard.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of hospitality/restaurant management experience (shipboard experience preferred).
• Excellent food and wine knowledge and experience in fine dining.
• Very strong leadership skills and ability to manage international staff.
• Great communication in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
