OVS Group is seeking an experienced Senior CRM Specialist to join our Digital Business Team. You will contribute to CRM initiatives and loyalty programs across OVS Group brands and international markets.

The role focuses on planning multichannel CRM activities, personalizing communications, segmentation, analytics and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer value. This is a full-time position in Italy with competitive benefits.

Competenze

• Solid experience in CRM and loyalty programs, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Experience in multi-country projects and adapting CRM to different markets.
• Proven experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Service Cloud.
• Hands-on analytics and reporting using Looker or similar tools.
• Strong CRM/KPIs knowledge, able to translate data into initiatives.
• Project management skills; able to run multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong digital and innovation mindset; excellent communication.
• Team player able to work with cross-functional and international teams.

We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Specialist to join our Digital Business Team.

About the role:

• Contribute to the management and development of CRM initiatives and loyalty programs across OVS Group brands and international markets, in collaboration with the other CRM team members
• Plan and execute multichannel CRM activities aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, frequency and customer value
• Develop personalized customer communications across CRM channels and in-store loyalty materials

What We're Looking For:

• Solid experience in CRM and loyalty programs, preferably within the Retail or Fashion industry .
• Experience in multi-country projects and the ability to adapt CRM approaches to different markets and local needs.
• Proven experience with CRM platforms, preferably the Salesforce ecosystem (Marketing Cloud and/or Service Cloud) or equivalent solutions.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools, preferably Google Looker or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of CRM, loyalty and Retail KPIs, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable CRM initiatives.
• Solid project management skills, with the ability to autonomously manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong digital and innovation-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A strong team player, able to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
