Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Credit Management or related finance functions.
• Experience in credit assessment, limit management, exposure monitoring and credit decisions.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements (B/S, P&L, cash flow).
• Solid communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of customer financial statements to evaluate creditworthiness.
• Assess new customer credit risks and approve credit applications per policy.
• Define and periodically review credit limits and payment terms.
• Evaluate high-risk accounts and determine appropriate credit decisions.
• Approve or reject credit releases based on financial position and risk.
• Collaborate with Sales to balance commercial objectives with risk.
• Support credit reporting, controls and monitoring tools.
• Contribute to data-driven risk monitoring and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and controls.
