Job summary

Ariston Group, Fabriano, Italy, seeks a Group Credit professional to manage and optimize collections across an assigned portfolio, ensuring timely recovery of receivables and supporting working capital goals.

You will monitor overdue accounts, engage with customers, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to secure payments and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in collections, credit management, accounts receivable or related finance roles.
• Knowledge of AR processes, collection methodologies, and customer account mgmt.
• Experience with SAP HANA/ECC FI and Credit Management; HighRadius is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer focus.
• Analytical mindset with risk evaluation and problem solving.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments.
• English proficiency at or above B1 level.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection activities for an assigned customer portfolio and policy-compliant follow-ups.
• Proactively contact customers to secure payments and reduce overdue balances.
• Investigate payment delays, coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance to resolve issues.
• Negotiate payment plans balancing customer relations with business objectives.
• Document collection activities and payment status in company systems.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of collection targets and cash flow goals.
• Support dispute management and resolve billing or contractual discrepancies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of collection processes and standardization.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and credit policies.
