Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Collections, Credit Management, Accounts Receivable, or related Finance functions within structured organizations.
• Good knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, collection methodologies, and customer account management.
• Experience with SAP HANA/ECC, particularly FI and Credit Management-related processes; knowledge of HighRadius solutions is considered a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, evaluate risks, and propose effective solutions.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and problem-solving attitude, with strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and international environments.
• Good level of English (minimum B1 level).

Aufgaben

• Manage collection activities for an assigned portfolio of customers, ensuring timely follow-up of overdue receivables and compliance with company policies.
• Proactively contact customers through appropriate communication channels to secure outstanding payments and minimize overdue balances.
• Investigate payment delays and identify root causes, coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other relevant functions to resolve issues impacting collections.
• Negotiate payment plans and repayment arrangements, balancing customer relationship management with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer interactions, commitments, and payment status within company systems.
• Monitor overdue receivables and collection performance indicators, ensuring achievement of collection targets and cash flow objectives.
• Support dispute management activities by coordinating with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve billing or contractual discrepancies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing collection effectiveness, process standardization, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, credit policies, and control requirements related to collection activities.
