Balich Wonder Studio is seeking a Senior Creative Producer for Special Projects in Milan to lead creative development, manage multi-project timelines, and coordinate with the Creative Department to deliver high-impact live experiences.

The role combines oversight of bid and production phases, talent onboarding, and content production, requiring strong organizational and leadership skills and willingness to travel internationally.

• Strong background in creative development for large-scale events.
• Experience collaborating with Creative Directors and creative talents.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and tasks.
• Fluency in English.

• Oversee creative development of assigned projects and ensure alignment with creative vision and standards.
