Khazna Data Centers seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to lead contract and commercial management across its construction projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

The role focuses on contract strategy, negotiation with vendors and contractors, and management of variations, changes and claims ensuring governance alignment. A 20+ year track record in data centers or complex engineering is required.

Competenze

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Professional qualification or chartered status.
• 20+ years of relevant professional experience in data centers or complex engineering projects.
• In-depth expert knowledge of contract management, including construction processes and commercial management.

Mansioni

• Lead development and management of contracts for data center construction projects; vendor, main contract, subcontract and consultant agreements.
• Lead contract negotiations with vendors, main contractors, subcontractors and consultants to secure favorable terms and risk allocation.
• Identify, evaluate and manage contract changes, variations and claims in line with change control processes.
