Amazon seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager for EMEA Data Center Construction to oversee General Contractors across data center sites, ensuring compliance of all civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and commissioning disciplines. You will manage contract administration and drive safety and quality standards on site.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in construction management of large, complex facilities (data centers, energy plants, infrastructure).
• Experience with live operation interfaces and MEP systems.
• Experience managing general contractors, RFPs, bids, and change orders.
• Knowledge of safety standards and local regulations; ability to mentor teams.
• Professional certifications such as CCM/AC/CPC are a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage General Contractors on one or more data center construction sites and review all disciplines.
• Oversee commercial management of contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
• Lead safety program implementation with GCs and drive bar-raising safety standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, developers and vendors to deliver quality turnovers.
• Review designs to create project scope for RFPs and variations.
• Report on schedule, cost, and budget; manage claims and variations.
