Khazna Data Centers is seeking a Project Planning Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring across construction projects. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget alignment, and compliance with contractual requirements.

The role requires a strong background in construction planning, expertise with Primavera P6, and experience managing planning teams. PMP/PMI-SP certifications are highly regarded for this senior position.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management preferred.
• 10+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior/lead planning role on large-scale projects.
• Strong experience with Primavera P6 (mandatory).
• PMP and PMI-SP certifications.
• Advanced knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Expertise in delay analysis and claims (EOT).

We are seeking a Project Planning Manager to for leading the planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring functions across construction projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with contractual and strategic requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish baseline programs in line with project scope, milestones, and contract requirements.
• Define work breakdown structures (WBS) and planning methodologies.
• Monitor project progress and performance against the approved schedule.
• Identify delays, risks, and critical path impacts, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Lead schedule updates, progress measurement, and forecasting.
• Manage the PMC’s planning engineer and project controls team to deliver the employer’s requirements.
• Ensure consistency and standardization of planning practices across projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Provide dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Support executive-level reporting and decision-making.
• Conduct delay analysis (EOT claims, disruption analysis).
• Support claims preparation and evaluation.
• Identify planning risks and develop contingency plans.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Participate in project meetings and provide planning insights.
• Ensure alignment between construction, procurement, and engineering schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management (master’s degree preferred).
• 10 + years of experience of construction planning and scheduling.
• At least 5 years in a senior/lead planning role on large-scale projects (e.g., infrastructure, data centers, commercial developments).
• Strong experience with Primavera P6 (mandatory).
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional)
• Advanced knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Expertise in delay analysis and claims (EOT).
