Khazna Data Centers seeks a Site Project Director to lead and govern the delivery of data centre projects across multiple geographies. The role provides end-to-end leadership through PM, construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, within budget and compliant with design intent and international standards.

The role acts as the primary PM and implementation authority, coordinating internal teams, contractors, consultants and authorities to ensure consistent

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Data Centre project management and implementation; at least 7 years in director role.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure including HVAC, cooling, power, servers, storage and network.
• Experience in commissioning, handover, risk management, and contractual matters.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end implementation of data centre projects from mobilization through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Ensure alignment with approved design, Employer’s Requirements, client governance and local authorities.
• Translate project objectives into executable delivery plans across regions and sites.
• Oversee activities across sites, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and cost targets.
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders and external contractors; chair progress meetings.
• Manage project risks, variations and claims with commercial and contracts teams.
