The Cumming Group is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide expert-level cost consultancy and project support across multiple stages and sectors. You will deliver estimates, procurement advice, and post-contract administration, leading teams as needed to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Competenze

• Ideally degree qualified (industry or non-industry).
• MAPM / MRICS or equivalent qualification or experience.
• 5–10 years’ experience (at least 3 years post qualification).
• Strong knowledge of construction industry technical matters.
• Experience with standard forms of contract.
• PM processes: risk, opportunities & issues, planning, change control, reporting, stakeholders, communications, value management.
• Experience delivering multiple or complex projects through the full lifecycle.
• HS&E legislation understanding with formal training/qualifications.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Interpersonal and team-building skills; capable of leadership.
• Awareness of BIM, Soft Landings and agile project management.
• Analytical mindset and forward planning ability.
• Ability to think clearly and justify decisions.
