JMG Solutions Ltd is seeking a senior Construction H&S professional in Milano to oversee health and safety across pre-construction and all construction phases. You will ensure compliance with Italian legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08) and review contractor/subcontractor H&S documentation, driving improvements.

The role requires fluent Italian and strong English, plus a relevant qualification in H&S, Construction or Engineering and extensive on-site risk management experience.

• Experience managing contractor/subcontractor H&S compliance
• Strong site inspection and risk management experience

Mansioni

• Oversee H&S compliance throughout pre-construction and construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with Italian H&S legislation, particularly D.Lgs. 81/08.
• Review contractor and subcontractor H&S documentation and competency.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and H&S assessments.
• Monitor construction activities, identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, Safety Coordinators and wider project stakeholders.
• Review risk assessments, method statements and construction safety plans.
• Manage statutory H&S documentation and notifications.
• Report H&S performance, deficiencies and non-compliances to project leadership.
• Take appropriate action, including work stoppage where required for serious safety risks.
