Docebo is seeking a Junior Cloud Engineer to help power our multi-tenant AWS cloud environments and collaborate with mentors to automate, secure, and scale our infrastructure. You will implement AWS compute/storage/networking/IAM changes, craft infrastructure-as-code with Terraform or CloudFormation, and build observability with Datadog and CloudWatch while working with Product Engineering and SRE teams.

Our hybrid model combines three days in the Milan or Biassono offices with flexible remote

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a tech field.
• Hands-on project experience with cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AWS and modern CI/CD tools.

Mansioni

• Build foundation in multi-tenant AWS infrastructure with senior engineers.
• Automate provisioning and backups using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Configure observability dashboards in Datadog and CloudWatch.
• Troubleshoot in non-production environments and optimize systems.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and SRE to implement cloud changes.
• Support security patching, compliance dashboards, and vulnerability resolution.
• Document runbooks and configuration updates for the team.
