Docebo, an AI-powered learning platform, seeks a Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to safeguard our security posture, translate complex frameworks into client-ready responses, and accelerate deal cycles. You’ll bridge technical rigor with customer trust across global SaaS environments.

You’ll partner with legal and GRC, lead audit activities, and drive efficiency via automation, while mentoring teams on best practices for compliance and data protection.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of SaaS security, audits, and compliance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001/27017/27018, 27701, 9001, 42001; SOC 2, PCI, NIS2; CFR21 Part 11.
• Cloud environments: AWS, Azure, GCloud; privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA.

Mansioni

• Respond to prospect and customer security requests, review RFIs/RFQs, and deliver clear responses on Docebo's compliance and security posture.
• Lead CAPs and coordinate with internal teams to address outstanding requirements.
• Review Customer Agreements, Terms & Conditions, and Data Processing Addendums with the legal team.
• Lead and support annual customer audits with the GRC team during SOC2, ISO, and NIS2 assessments.
• Automate internal processes and compliance workflows using AI tools.
• Publish and curate internal compliance documentation to Docebo’s trust pages (e.g., via Vanta).
• Support third-party vendor risk assessments and maintain dashboards for risk mitigation.
