Adventura is seeking an experienced Closer to finalize deals on high-value marketing projects. You will convert qualified appointments into signed contracts, manage complex negotiations, and act as a trusted consultant for clients.

The role emphasizes autonomy, strong closing metrics, and the ability to work remotely with flexible hours, aiming to exceed monthly revenue targets. Collaboration with Setter and Marketing teams is essential for pipeline optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of closing/sales experience (Closer, Account Executive, Senior Sales) in B2B or services.
• Portfolio of successes with a proven closing rate.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Resilient, results-oriented and target-driven.
• Autonomous, organized and goal-oriented.
• Availability to dedicate 6–8 hours per day to maximize results.

Responsibilities
