Hitachi Energy Italy S.P.A. in Milan seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil design for grid integration projects, coordinating with tender and project teams. You will prepare documentation, estimates, and risk analyses while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, 5–8 years in design/management, CAD/BIM proficiency, and fluency in English and Italian. You will work in a hybrid environment with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
Knowledge of Eurocode and Italian building codes is preferred.
Proficiency in CAD and BIM tools is essential.
Fluency in English and Italian; strong teamwork and safety mindset.

Mansioni

Lead and coordinate civil activities for Grid Integration projects (AIS/GIS HV Substations and Power Plants).
Prepare tender documentation, engineering estimates and risk assessments.
Support claims related to changes in the civil scope with cost/time impacts.
Coordinate with engineering colleagues to ensure interfaces and constructability.
Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with standards.
