Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team is seeking a Senior CFD Methodology Engineer to support the aerodynamic CFD program and optimize the CFD workflow. The role aims to improve efficiency and correlations with Wind Tunnel and Track within defined deadlines and targets.

Responsibilities include leading CFD methodology efforts, collaborating with Aero groups, and ensuring effective communication across IT and other departments. Experience in motorsport CFD and Linux is essential.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master in fluid dynamics or numerical methods.
• Experience in CFD for high‑performance environments, preferably motorsport.
• Proficient with CFD codes and Linux, familiar with OpenFOAM/Fluent/ANSYS.
• Strong coding skills in C++, Python, and Bash.

Responsibilities

• Support CFD methodology development and tool improvements.
• Oversee junior CFD methodology engineers and coordinate with Aero teams.
• Improve CFD correlation with WT and Track programs.
• Ensure CFD throughput meets deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide daily support for CFD tools and project tasks.
