TGR Haas F1 Team, based in Maranello, Italy, seeks an Aerodynamics Software Engineer to develop bespoke software for the aerodynamics department. You will design and deploy tools across the full stack, optimize performance, and collaborate with engineers to improve vehicle performance.

This role requires strong coding skills and a passion for high‑performance racing. The position reports to the Aerodynamics Software Team Leader and requires adaptability for race-season schedules and extensive

Qualifications

• GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Further education in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related University Degree desired.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a professional environment (preferably Formula 1).
• Excellent understanding of English language.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to car performance by developing bespoke software for all aspects of aerodynamics department function.
• Interact with aerodynamics personnel to understand requirements and outline steps and timelines.
• Design and develop tools across the full stack; optimize for performance, reliability, maintainability & observability.
• Develop workflow automation tools and improve unit test coverage for services.
• Carry out day-to-day tasks efficiently, meeting quality and compliance standards.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders; participate in meetings and forums.
• Adhere to policies, handle confidential data, and support audit/risk activities.
• Undertake other duties consistent with role as assigned.
