Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team is seeking a highly skilled CFD professional to lead methodology efforts and develop advanced CFD tools for cutting-edge aerodynamic research. The role requires collaboration with Aero Development and IT, overseeing junior engineers, and delivering high-quality CFD analyses.

Ideal candidates have a PhD or MSc in fluid dynamics or numerical methods, strong programming in C++, Python and Bash, and experience with OpenFOAM, Fluent, ANSA.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in fluid dynamics or numerical methods.
• Experience in CFD within F1 or high-performance motorsport preferred.
• Proficiency with CFD tools and Linux environments.
• C++, Python and Bash programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Support CFD methodology and develop new technologies to keep CFD tools at F1 leading edge.
• Oversee Junior CFD methodology Engineers and improve CFD throughput.
• Collaborate with Aero Development, Aero Performance and IT groups to meet department targets.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Maintain professional standards and promote positive image for the department and sponsors.
