Job summary

FURLA is seeking a Business Controller to oversee financial operations within the assigned perimeter. You will monitor regional economic performance and partner with Sales teams, delivering periodic management reports to stakeholders.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control, collaborating with IT to refine reporting tools. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in Finance/Controlling, a Bachelor’s in Finance or related field, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for periodic reporting activities (Sales, P&L) to major stakeholders.
• Scenarios evaluation and ad hoc analysis.
• Work with Business and Sales teams to review performance and support strategic decisions.
• Act as main contact between Business and Controlling Team.
• Key player in Budget and Forecast process.
• Monitor and control finished goods inventory.
• Prepare and analyze management reporting.
