RINA is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer in Genoa to lead design, analysis, and project coordination for bridge structures within infrastructure projects.

The candidate will work with multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and perform structural assessments and reporting. A strong background in bridge engineering and proficiency with SAP2000, LARSA, or MIDAS Civil is required.

Competenze

• Registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99 (collocamento mirato).
• At least 5 years of experience in bridge design, analysis, and project management, preferably with transportation infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, LARSA, or MIDAS Civil for modeling and simulating bridge behavior.
• Strong knowledge of design codes and standards such as AASHTO LRFD, Eurocodes, and local building codes.

Mansioni

• Design and analyze bridge structures, considering load, materials, and environmental factors.
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineering disciplines to develop plans for bridge projects; provide input on timelines and resources.
• Ensure designs and construction adhere to local, state, and national codes and regulations; stay updated on standard changes.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of existing bridges to evaluate structural integrity and maintenance needs; recommend repairs.
