Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects with diverse, global teams. You will drive on-site operations, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You will oversee handover planning, documentation, and safety, while navigating complex regulatory environments and multicultural collaboration. This role offers significant responsibility and career growth within Linesight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing large, complex construction projects (MEP-heavy).
• Ideally in the Nordics, with full work rights in Finland.
• Certified in project management (e.g. PMP) or actively working toward certification — support provided.
• Proven experience on international projects with awareness of cultural and DE&I considerations.
• Familiar with local construction laws, building codes, and AHJ processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale construction projects for clients, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and high quality.
• Monitor day-to-day field activities, manage information flow, and report progress, quality and safety issues.
• Assist in completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is completed on time and to standard.
• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and enforcing safe work practices.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor on snagging activities, schedules, and engagement.
• Identify issues proactively and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
