Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction management/supervision.
• Autonomy in managing construction accounting with Primus or STR Vision CPM.
• CAD and BIM proficiency; Revit knowledge is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of public works regulations and the procurement code.
• Ability to read and interpret complex project drawings (structural, architectural, and MEP).

Responsibilities

• Coordination and management of construction sites within the scope of large public contracts.
• Preparation of construction site accounts.
• Control and quality of materials and workmanship.
• Preparation of site meeting minutes and coordination meeting minutes.
• Act as a primary point of contact and initial filter for site managers and subcontractors, resolving routine technical issues and escalating only major critical problems to the project director.

Tecnicaer Engineering Srl is looking for a qualified Architect/Engineer to expand its team of professionals.

The selected individual will also have a coordination and support role within the construction management team.

The successful candidate will play a key, pivotal role on the construction site. Building on their existing foundational autonomy, they will work alongside the Site Manager, taking direct responsibility for specific project phases as well as day-to-day technical and administrative management. The ideal candidate combines operational competence in the daily oversight of the construction site with an evolving ability to solve problems and independently manage documentation.

• Excellent knowledge of public works regulations and the public procurement code;
• Excellent ability to read and interpret complex projects (structural, architectural, and MEP/systems-related);
• Experience in managing project schedules using specialized software;
