The role emphasizes month-end closings, journal entries, cost analysis, and adherence to US GAAP and local GAAP standards with a focus on risk management and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or related finance role.
• Experience with financial close, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (MFG/Pro/Hyperion or similar).

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings with P&L, balance sheet, and forecasts.
• Post journal entries and ensure reconciliations and analyses are timely.
• Manage engineering work orders, purchases, and invoicing while tracking costs and profitability.
• Analyze variances against forecasts and budgets, proposing corrective actions.
• Ensure balances are accounted for per US GAAP and local GAAP.
• Monitor overhead, labor hours, capex, and KPIs to aid cost control.
