Sulzer is seeking a seasoned Controller Specialist to execute core financial control activities, prepare financial reports, and support planning processes. The role requires managing closing, intercompany reconciliations, and governance across functional units in a global context.

You will collaborate with SSC and external providers, strengthen internal controls, and contribute to strategic initiatives while maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in Economics or Business Administration/Management.
• Solid accounting background with financial controlling and SSC collaboration.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Mansioni

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for Corporate Headquarters.
• Manage closing process including inventory valuation and revenue recognition.
• Provide variance analyses against budget and forecast.
• Monitor KPIs and identify risks/opportunities for management.
• Coordinate SSC and BPO activities to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records per GAAP and internal controls.
• Support in internal control procedures and reporting tools.
