hlpy is seeking a genuinely senior, hands-on Data Engineer to join our AI & Data team. You will own models end to end in a dbt-based platform that processes data from PostgreSQL estate, ERP, partner files and webhooks across four countries.

You will design, build and own the full data models, ensure data quality and provenance, and push back when numbers are wrong. This role requires strong SQL, dbt, and orchestration skills, with English as the working language.

Competenze

• 5+ years building and operating production data platforms.
• Deep, hands-on dbt with incremental models, tests and CI.
• Expert SQL on a cloud warehouse (Snowflake preferred).
• Comfortable with an orchestrator (Airflow/Astronomer).
• Professional working English; Italian welcome but not required.

Mansioni

• Design, build and own models across the full dbt stack (~200 models and growing).
• Investigate data provenance, publish rules with testability and be able to defend them.
• Take end-to-end responsibility: scoping, modelling, testing, review, release and production day-after.
• Migrate legacy logic into dbt without altering numbers read by customers.
