Agoda is seeking a Performance Marketing professional to lead Meta Search Engine partnerships and optimize ad spend. You will work with global advertisers, drive ROIs, and contribute to revenue growth through data-driven strategies.

Based in Bangkok, this role offers relocation support and a chance to collaborate with a diverse team of analysts and marketing strategists. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong commercial sense.

Competenze

Bachelor degree in relevant fields.
Experience in online marketing/business development and account management.
Fluent English with strong communication skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in BI tools and data warehouses (SQL, Tableau, Excel).
Excellent stakeholder communication and commercial acumen.
Experience liaising with senior executives and external partners.

Mansioni

Own and manage marketing spend with large Meta Search Engine (MSE) partners.
Independently manage accounts and relationships with MSE partners.
Define and negotiate commercial terms, bidding, pricing strategies, and technical implementations.
Coordinate with Bidding and Pricing teams to deliver ROIs and revenue growth.
Track performance metrics and deliver data-driven insights to improve results.
Communicate results and insights to stakeholders clearly and succinctly.
Ensure Agoda APIs and related technologies are integrated by advertisers.
Understand the full booking funnel and conversion drivers between advertisers and Agoda.
Build long-term advertiser relationships to foster growth in ad spend.
