The Boston Consulting Group Platinion Milan is seeking a Senior AI Tech Consultant to drive digital transformation for global clients, aligning strategy with technology and enterprise architectures.

You will work in a hybrid model from Milan, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, traveling as needed, and communicating in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Must have a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with above average grades.
• At least five years of relevant IT consulting experience delivering transformation and implementation projects.
• Technical knowledge along with experience on end-to-end ERP processes.
• Comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts; willing to travel.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex topics in Italian and English.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies while maintaining a clear view of overall technical solutions and individual client circumstances.
• You’ll drive groundbreaking projects forward by using agile methods and modern approaches within the scope of strategic IT implementation for clients and by actively steering the relevant modules.
• You’ll smooth the path for tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based on precise analysis of the specific situation and with current market developments and trends in mind.
• You’ll design and optimize unique IT architectures within the framework of enterprise solution requirements, modern custom software developments, and sustainable digital solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• You completed a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with above average grades.
• You have at least five years of relevant experience in IT consulting, during which you implemented transformation and implementation projects in terms of both strategy and operations.
• You have technical knowledge along with experience on typical end-to-end processes relevant in the ERP context.
• You feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are flexible and willing to travel.
• You’re good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both Italian and English.

Compensation Information

• Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a market-leading benefits package described below.

• The base salary range for this role is EUR 62.000,00 - EUR 66.000,00.
• This is an estimated range. Any final offer would be based on objective, role-related criteria such as your relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
• Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
