BCG Platinion is seeking a technology and engineering professional to shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies, balancing strategy with hands-on tech delivery.

You will lead project teams, apply agile methods, and design IT architectures for enterprise solutions, including AI, cyber resilience, and modern software development.

Excellent communication in Italian and English, with travel willingness, and a degree in CS or informatics are expected.

What You'll Do

You'll shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies while maintaining a clear view of overall technical solutions and individual client circumstances.

You'll drive groundbreaking projects forward by using agile methods and modern approaches within the scope of strategic IT implementation for clients and by actively steering the relevant modules.

You'll smooth the path for tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based on precise analysis of the specific situation and with current market developments and trends - such as machine learning - in mind.

You'll design and optimize unique IT architectures within the framework of enterprise solution requirements, modern custom software developments, and sustainable digital solutions, including cyber resilience.

What You’ll Bring

You completed a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades.

You have at least five years of relevant experience in IT consulting, in the course of which you implemented transformation and implementation projects in terms of both strategy and operations.

You also have experience in leading project teams of more than three people.

You know exactly what the buzzwords machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics mean.

You are familiar with all the stages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes.

You know exactly how to put together complex business cases.

You feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are flexible and willing to travel.

You're good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both Italian and English.

Compensation Information

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a market-leading benefits package described below. Our Reward Philosophy is to take a holistic approach to offer a comprehensive package which includes market-competitive base salary, discretionary performance bonus and strong benefits that are locally relevant and support both physical and mental health. Our philosophy drives our actions and aims at being competitive, fair and easy for employees to understand. The base salary range for this role is EUR 62.000,00 - EUR 66.000,00. This is an estimated range. Any final offer would be based on objective, role-related criteria such as your relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
