Job summary

SDG Group, a global leader in data and AI, seeks an AI Innovation Architect in Milano to lead high-impact AI initiatives and design world-class AI systems across industries.

You will work with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and OpenAI to drive generative AI integrations, develop POCs, and deliver transformative business solutions through collaboration with consultants. A strong consulting background and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, CS or related field with strong ties to software engineering.
• Experience in Data & Analytics consulting with Generative AI solutions.
• Hands‑on AI leadership as an ML Engineer or Architect focusing on Generative AI.
• Deep knowledge of AI models (LLMs, neural networks, recommender systems).
• Experience designing ML systems and platforms leveraging Generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI innovation by creating groundbreaking AI solutions.
• Architect AI solutions for scalable deployment across industries.
• Drive strategic roadmaps and partnerships aligned with SDG’s vision.
• Identify opportunities in emergent AI tech for client projects.
• Design and coordinate POCs around generative AI and latest tech.
• Enhance AI data solutions for personalization and automation.
• Represent SDG at events, showcasing AI and data advancements.
• Collaborate with teams to develop compelling business proposals and knowledge sharing.
• Lead AI Innovation Radar workshops exploring future trends.
• Integrate advanced AI models like Topological Deep Learning and Neuro-symbolic AI.
