Job summary

Accenture Italia is seeking a hands-on AI/LLM Architect at Associate Manager / Specialist level to design and build enterprise AI systems spanning classical ML, generative AI, and agentic architectures. You will own end-to-end components, orchestrate agents, prompts, tools, and memory, and produce architecture artifacts such as ADRs, data flow diagrams, and integration specs for cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have strong Python skills, cloud experience, and a track record deploying

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise AI solutions using agentic, generative and classical AI/ML on at least one cloud vendor.
• Hands-on coding in Python and building LLM-driven architectures.
• Several years of hands-on experience as a machine learning architect designing large-scale data and NLP solutions.
• Experience with memory, RAG, and enterprise knowledge base integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end AI software components in a hands-on role.
• Architect AI agent orchestration, prompts, tools, and memory systems.
• Evaluate design options balancing capability, cost, and reliability.
• Build foundation model integrations with fine-tuning and RAG.
• Produce architecture artifacts and ADRs to guide teams.
