Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Advisor, Supplier Quality Strategy & Innovation in Italy to drive excellence across emerging technologies and electrification systems. You will shape quality strategies, strengthen supplier capabilities, and accelerate innovation within the global supply chain.

The role requires leading strategic initiatives, advising leadership, and pushing for data-driven, preventive quality practices across diverse supplier ecosystems. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Competenze

• Degree in Chemical/Material Engineering (5Y).
• 10+ years in Supplier Quality Engineering or Quality.
• Proven knowledge of Electrical Systems.
• Experience driving corrective actions with large global suppliers.
• English fluent.
• Willing to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Mansioni

• Drive strategic supplier quality initiatives for new energy technologies, electrification systems, and emerging opportunities.
• Advise leadership on supplier quality strategies, risk management, and deployment of best practices across global operations.
• Lead development and deployment of innovative quality approaches for new products and advanced manufacturing technologies.
