International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking a Head of Admissions – Alexandria to lead recruitment and enrolment across the school. You will drive enrolment targets, nurture relationships with prospective families, oversee the CRM, and convert leads into enrolments through data-driven strategy and compelling experiences.

You will report to the Head of the school, sit on the School Senior Leadership Team, and coordinate with marketing, feeder schools, and admissions staff.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
• Excellent command of Italian; English an advantage.
• Familiar with Italian and international markets.
• Experience in admissions, enrolment, or customer service in education preferred.
• Strong data management and reporting skills; CRM experience.

Mansioni

• Advise prospective parents on value proposition across sales channels.
• Lead admissions process, nurture sales funnel, and ensure customer experience.
• Follow up potential leads to convert to enrolments via tours and meetings.
• Organise and run open days and recruitment events (virtual and in-person).
• Monitor lead generation activities and meet admissions targets.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM for tracking prospective student information.
