The role leads senior leadership, curriculum strategy, student wellbeing and community engagement from the La Storta campus, with accountability for staffing, budgeting and policy delivery.

The candidate will hold a UK Honours Degree and a Masters in Education or Educational Leadership, with a distinguished senior leadership track record in international settings.

Competenze

• UK Honours Degree and demonstrable senior leadership experience required.
• Masters-level or equivalent degree in Education or Educational Leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to lead strategy, people management and school improvement initiatives.

Mansioni

• Define and implement a clear vision for the Senior School, including Sixth Form.
• Lead day-to-day operations and line-manage the Senior School Leadership Team.
• Drive self-evaluation, improvement targets and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee admissions in collaboration with the Principal/CEO and leadership teams.
• Lead budgeting and staffing in line with school targets and strategy.
• Represent the Senior School in parent communication and external partnerships.
