Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in operational accounting.
• Deep knowledge of local GAAP (Italian and/or Luxembourg GAAP) and IAS/IFRS.
• Experience in closing cycles, General Ledger management, and tax compliance.
• Proven track record managing statutory audits and group reporting.
• Experience leading an operational accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles under Italian and Luxembourg GAAP.
• Coordinate statutory financial statements and tax compliance workflows.
• Support group reporting and IAS/IFRS transition.
• Enforce internal controls and drive process automation in ERP systems.
