Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in accounting: AP, AR, and GL.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Business Central and SAP.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in process optimization and change management.
• Hands-on mentality with strategic mindset and personal responsibility.
• Fluency in German and/or Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
• Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage annual financial statements.
• Lead ongoing accounting process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
• Support change and transformation processes within accounting.
• Identify and evaluate funding programs and grants.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
