Job summary

Bending Spoons in Milan, Italy, seeks a finance professional to strengthen accounting, reporting, and controls. You’ll work with the Tech and Finance teams to speed up month-end closures, ERP processes, and audit readiness, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You’ll manage invoicing, reconciliations, and accuracy of financial statements, support M&A integration, and prepare monthly reports for strategic decisions. English fluency and meticulous work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage month-end closures and ERP processes.
• Experience with audits and external consultants.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing and reconciliations with third-party vendors and subsidiaries.
• Take an active role in month-end closures and ERP management.
• Support the M&A accounting processes integration.
