Job summary

Pixofix is seeking a Senior Account Executive to own the end-to-end sales process for fashion and eCommerce brands. You will apply a consultative approach, map the client’s current production workflow, and design high-quality trials around real business use cases.

You’ll coordinate with creative and production teams, build tailored proposals, and guide prospects from discovery to the first two orders, ensuring Pixofix becomes a repeatable part of their workflow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience closing B2B deals.
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
• Comfortable selling to the fashion industry.
• Able to control a sales process without being pushy or relying on scripted demos.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in SaaS, agencies, creative services, eCommerce, fashion, or production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls and qualify fashion/eCommerce prospects.
• Understand clients’ current visual production processes, pain points, costs, and quality needs.
• Design tailored trials and define success criteria prior to engagement.
• Coordinate with Creative and Production teams to ensure delivery meets expectations.
• Build credible proposals based on the prospect’s actual needs, not generic packages.
• Manage follow-up, negotiation, and closing through first 2 orders, then ongoing relationship.
