Zusammenfassung

Pixofix, a visual production studio specializing in AI and 3D visuals, is seeking a Growth Marketing lead to own the go-to-market engine. Your main measure will be meetings booked with right accounts, guiding strategy and budget decisions with data-driven actions.

You will manage outbound, LinkedIn strategies, paid campaigns, and HubSpot reporting, collaborating with sales and SEO/social teams to generate pipeline and build a repeatable sales engine.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in growth, demand generation or B2B marketing in services.
• Hands-on email and LinkedIn outbound with agency/partner management.
• Experience with paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and reading data.
• Strong HubSpot skills (workflows, lead routing, reporting).
• Working knowledge of SEO and its impact on pipeline.
• Analytical with ability to explain data and actions.
• Professional written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Own demand generation strategy and pipeline from messaging to channel mix.
• Oversee outbound and manage agency and SDR messaging.
• Own LinkedIn outbound strategy, sequences, and targeting.
• Oversee paid campaigns with budget, creative direction, testing, and results.
• Set up reporting in HubSpot and track funnel metrics.
