Belmond Castello di Casole seeks a proactive Security Supervisor for the 2027 season to safeguard guests, staff and property. You will elevate safety standards through strategic risk management and discreet, high-touch diplomacy, protecting our paradise while preserving a world-class guest experience.

Lead HSE and security programs across the estate, oversee access control, CCTV, emergency plans and staff training.

Competenze

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Italian.
• Strong organizational, time-management and multi-tasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proven background in HSE and security management within hospitality or luxury properties.
• Strong leadership with experience in emergency response, crisis management and training.
• Hands-on experience conducting operational risk assessments, audits and investigations.

Mansioni

• Oversee HSE compliance, HACCP standards, Legionella prevention and safety audits across the property.
• Manage security services, access control, CCTV, intrusion systems and control room operations; VIP protection.
• Maintain fire, emergency and evacuation plans; coordinate drills and business continuity planning with leadership.
• Develop and deliver safety, security, emergency and compliance training for colleagues.
• Access to Belmond and LVMH's global learning programs and international career opportunities.
• Accommodation provided in staff housing on-property with a pool for non-residents.
• Meals provided during working shifts.
