Belmond is seeking a Security Supervisor for the 2027 season to safeguard guests, staff and property, elevating safety through risk management and discreet, high-touch diplomacy.

You will lead HSE and security programs across a luxury property, oversee access control, CCTV, and emergency planning, while delivering training and ensuring top-tier safety standards for a world-class guest experience.

Competenze

• Proven background in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and security management within hospitality or luxury residential properties.
• Strong leadership with experience in emergency response and crisis management.
• Fluent English and Italian communication, both written and verbal.

Mansioni

• Health, Safety & Compliance: Oversee HSE compliance, HACCP standards, Legionella prevention and safety audits across the property.
• Security & Asset Protection: Manage security services, access control, CCTV, intrusion systems and Control Room operations.
• Emergency & Crisis Management: Maintain fire, emergency and evacuation plans; coordinate drills and crisis exercises with leadership.
• Risk Management & Training: Conduct risk assessments and deliver safety and security training for colleagues.
