Castello di Casole, a Belmond Hotel in Tuscany, is seeking a passionate Concierge for the 2027 summer season. You will act as the main guest contact, offering tailored recommendations, arranging reservations and transportation, and collaborating with Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Fluency in Italian and English is essential, and local Tuscany knowledge is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Offer recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, activities and events reflecting Tuscan spirit.
• Arrange and confirm reservations, transportation, guided tours and special requests.

• Anticipate guest needs and deliver thoughtful touches to enhance the stay.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an intuitive understanding of guest expectations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.

• Valid driver's license preferred.
