Zenith Global, now part of IQ-EQ, is a leading financial intermediary specialising in securitisation transactions with offices in Milan and Rome. We are seeking a Transaction Manager to strengthen the Structuring & Transaction Management Department and drive end-to-end execution of securitisation deals.

You will coordinate information gathering, manage external counterparties, monitor contract reviews, and oversee signing, post-closing amendments, and audit participation.

Mansioni

• Support the execution process for new securitisation transactions, including information gathering and coordination with involved departments.
• Act as front office contact for issues before completion and liaise with external counterparties.
• Coordinate preparatory activities for the transaction and monitor contract reviews by external lawyers and the internal legal team.
• Coordinate the contract signing process and manage client relationships before signing and during life of the transaction.
• Coordinate post-closing amendments and unwinding transactions; participate in audits.
