The Secondary Principal at the Vivaio Campus of the Canadian School of Milan leads the academic, pastoral and operational life of the Secondary School for Grades 6–12. This full-time role reports to the Proprietors and focuses on delivering excellence in teaching and learning, student wellbeing, and a seamless journey to graduation.

The postholder will steer curriculum continuity across Cambridge Lower Secondary, Cambridge IGCSE and IB Diploma, work with the Head of Secondary on academics,

Competenze

• Substantial senior leadership experience within an international secondary school.
• Strong knowledge of Cambridge Lower Secondary, Cambridge IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme curricula.
• Proven record as an instructional leader focused on raising academic standards.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Secondary School.
• Lead the Secondary Leadership Team and ensure consistent priorities.
• Monitor targets using academic and pastoral data and report to Proprietors.
