The British School of Milan - Italy is seeking an experienced Curriculum Manager to lead, develop, and monitor the effective implementation of the British Curriculum across EYFS to IGCSE/A Levels, ensuring academic excellence and curriculum alignment.

This role partners with senior leaders to drive school improvement, support teachers with differentiation, analyse assessment data, and coordinate accreditation and professional development. The position is based on site in Milan, Italy.

Mansioni

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the British Curriculum (EYFS, Primary, Secondary, IGCSE/A Levels).
• Ensure curriculum compliance with British and international education standards.
• Support and guide teachers in curriculum delivery, assessment, and differentiation.
• Monitor teaching quality, learning outcomes, and academic progress across departments.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on curriculum innovation and school improvement plans.
• Analyse assessment data to inform curriculum planning and academic interventions.
• Support accreditation, inspections, and quality assurance processes.
• Organise curriculum-related professional development and training for staff.
