Job summary

Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Toscana, is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent for the 2027 season. The successful candidate will deliver authentic hospitality with exceptional care and attention to detail in every guest interaction, managing front desk operations and assisting with check-in/check-out processes.

Minimum 1 year in a luxury hotel, fluent in Italian and English (a third language is a plus). Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels.
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front Desk operations according to company policies while maintaining high service standards.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Anticipate guests' needs and address any complaints effectively.
• Perform cash and credit transactions as required.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues.
