Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany, is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent Turnante for the 2027 season. The role focuses on authentic hospitality, attentive guest service, and flawless hospitality experiences at every interaction.

Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, assisting check-in/check-out, handling cash and credit transactions, building relationships with guests and colleagues, and addressing guest needs with poise.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels.
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
