Belmond Ltd. in Tuscany seeks a dedicated Front Desk Agent Turnante for the 2027 season to join Castello di Casole, a Belmond Hotel, Tuscany.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering authentic hospitality with attention to detail in every guest interaction. Based at Castello di Casole, you will manage front desk operations, assist with check-in/check-out, handle cash transactions, and foster professional relationships with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels.
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of service.
